@JioCare jio fiber is not working since two days. I have no update. Nobody is working on an issue to resolve it. The central box has been damaged due to the road construction and it is affecting multiple jio fiber connections.

I do WFH and it totally depends on the jio fibre connection.
Work has already impacted half day. Do you still think the problem should get resolved by tomorrow or ASAP ?

@JioCare There is no way to connect with customer care agents. Toll-free number has bad IVR service.

My Jio Fibre is down for more than 5 hrs and raised a complaint from myjio app. and appointment is for tomorrow.
