@pnbindia I ask to customer service and ask you that you take loan against fd you are saying yes but I apply fd against loan but unable to take loan when I open fd from bank Branch I want to apply from online.

@SBICard_Connect I am sarla devi I had applied for tata infinity card on 18 April and proceed the credit 29 April till they unable to dispatch the credit card seven complaint and email had send to customer service but problem remains same .I will complain in nch and rbi both .

@SBICard_Connect the service of sbi credit card is worst I had applied the credit on 18 April 2025 and they processed the credit card on 29 April 2025 till now I had complain about to7 times they they don't dispatch my credit card I had reissue my credit card I hadpayment the fee
