Today ended an amazing season for Muk girls CCβ¦we could not be prouder! Our girls Eva moved from 27th at state last year to 12th this year (2 spots off all state) and Annelise who moved from 48th last year to 43rd this year β€οΈ These girls showed up & raced out of their minds!
No words for how proud I am of my girls this season! Topped off today with a hard fought 3rd place finish in one of the top sectionals in the state, missing team state by one place! AND 2 of the 5 individual state qualifier spots went to usβ¦Eva Koos & Annelise Rasmussen! ππ
Our entire JV stepped up to the challenge and ran in the faster of the 2 races today taking home an excellent 2nd place finish- just 9 points behind 1st and almost 50 ahead of 3rd! These girls are strong, gutsy, and hilarious- thanks for an amazing season my little nectarines!
Third place for JV and Varsity in the classic 8 and all conference honors for Eva and Annelise- so proud of all my girls hard work this season! On to sectionals next weekend πͺπ»π€π»
Congrats to these two amazing athletes on being named runner of the week! Ava had a rough race on Friday, still PR'd though, but sucked it up and cheered like crazy for her JV teammates race. Katie has consistently given her all at practice and has PR'd the last 3 meets!

Congrats to this week's runners of the week! Julia Baker came into the season crushing it but then went on to cut almost a minute off her time! Ava Salnajs cut almost two minutes off her time! Keep it up!
