With all the digital platforms, no update about a claim process since 20 days. Surveyor is utterly useless and rogue. The Surveyor is speaking carelessly and Not even answering calls.

I have been waiting my bike delivery from ather service center, Tirupati but the service center personnel did not get any update to release the bike even after repeated follow up with @heydigit. Kindly check and resolve. A claim process is taking 15 days.

@atherenergy Yes... Thanks to your Service manager Prudhvi raju from Ather Tirupati. Digit insurance is personnel were non responsive but they have done their work satisfactorily.
