You open your post by invoking the Fourteen Infallibles (AS), yet every paragraph that follows directly violates their explicit commands regarding the scholars, the Marja'iyya, and the unity of the Shia.

You claim to follow the Fourteen Infallibles while rejecting the entire institution of mujtahids and maraji'. During the Major Occultation, the Twelfth Imam (AJTF) explicitly commanded the Shia to refer to the scholars who preserve and narrate the teachings of Ahl al-Bayt.

"As for the newly occurring circumstances, refer regarding them to the narrators of our hadith, for they are my proof (hujjah) over you, and I am the proof of Allah over them."

You declare your wholesale opposition to the jurists who deduce and apply the rulings of Ahl al-Bayt. Imam Ja'far al-Sadiq (AS) established that rejecting the authority of the scholar who judges by their teachings is a direct rejection of the Imams and of Allah.

"I have appointed him an authority over you. If he rules according to our ruling and one refuses to accept it from him, then the ruling of Allah has been belittled and we have been rejected. And the one who rejects us has rejected Allah, which is on the threshold of polytheism (shirk) with Allah."

You boast that you "deeply detest" the maraji' and have "absolutely no respect for them." Academic disagreement with a jurist's political theory or legal ruling is normal in Shia scholarship, whereas publicly bragging about hatred and contempt for the scholars as a class is diagnosed by the Prophet (SAWW) and Imams as hypocrisy and religious ruin.

"Love the scholars, for loving them is sincerity (ikhlas) and hating them is hypocrisy (nifaq). Indeed, whoever demeans a scholar has demeaned me, and whoever demeans me has demeaned Allah, and whoever demeans Allah, his destination is the Fire."

You call Ayatollah Sistani and the religious establishment "one of the greatest tragedies ever to befall Shi'a Islam" and equate our scholars to Mu'awiya. The Imams described the pious jurists as the protective fortresses of Islam and commanded the general public to emulate them.
