NEW | Hind Rajab Foundation Takes Lithuania to Court Over Shielding an Israeli Suspect Accused of Gaza War Crimes

The Hind Rajab Foundation (HRF) has filed a constitutional complaint before Lithuania’s Constitutional Court after authorities refused to investigate Sean Gor, an Israeli residing and studying dentistry in Lithuania, despite allegations linking him to war crimes and genocide in Gaza.

HRF said Gor served with the Israeli army’s Vampire Empire Company, 52nd Battalion, 401st Brigade, a unit involved in the destruction of civilian infrastructure, including the UNRWA headquarters, the attack on Al-Shifa Medical Complex, and the killing of Hind Rajab, her family, and two paramedics in Gaza City.

After Lithuanian prosecutors and courts rejected calls to open a criminal investigation, HRF argued that Lithuania’s refusal violates its constitution and international obligations by allowing a suspect accused of genocide and war crimes to live and study without judicial scrutiny.
