“Life Balance” & “Freedom” comes after you you’ve eaten shit long enough to produce extraordinary results.
Most people are chasing these luxuries without putting in the work.
Realtors: You can choose the discomfort of prospecting.
Or you can choose the discomfort of needing a job.
One gives you freedom.
The other gives someone else complete control over your life.
Choose wisely.
Talent is overrated.
Consistency is underrated.
Most people don’t lose because they picked the wrong strategy.
They lose because they quit before it had time to work.
If you’re going to make a lot of money in real estate sales, you must learn how to be patient.
Your ability to take massive action daily without getting instant results will determine the level of income you’ll be able to produce.
Realtors: If you’re earning less than $10k/mo and you’re unwilling to pick up the phone and call people you don’t know to see if they need your help, you’re not giving yourself a chance to win .
A great real estate agent would rather walk away from a listing because they told the seller the truth about what their home was worth.
vs.
Winning the listing because they told the seller what they wanted to hear.
Dear all new realtors that just passed your exam…
Here’s the joke no one told you, you’re not in the real estate business…
You just became a 100% commission based salesperson… 😜
If you don’t like that, get out now.
Marry the person who pushes you, not the person who holds you back.
And just to be clear…
“All you do is work” = holding you back
“What’s the goal this month?” = Pushing you
Broke People =

- Hate seeing others win
- Want instant results
- Skeptical
Rich People =
- Own their results
- Never watch the news
- Love seeing others win
- Delay gratification
- Optimistic
Me in high school: “College is a scam”
🌎: “Brandon, you’re an idiot.”
Me in 2015: “College is a scam”
🌎: “You’re an idiot”
Me in 2026: “College is a scam”
🌎 + Elon + Warren: “College is scam.”
In order to have more, you must do more.
To do more, you must be more.
Be (Character Traits)
Do (Action)
Have (Results)
Be a little, do a little, have a little.
Be a lot, do a lot, have a lot.
How prospects disguise telling you “No”
“I need to think about it”
“I need to talk to … before I make a decision”
“Call me back in a few months”
Most of the time, these mean “No”
And it’s why your cute “Objection handler” doesn’t work.
Creative avoidance is real.
To prove it, ask your prospects how much they care about your logo.
Then, you can stop spending hours on Canva and start doing the actual work.
