In #Multifamily why is “other income” not focused on more by operators and owners?

I feel it is not focused on enough in the financials. Other income can help lessen the impact of temporary negative market cycles/obstacles/rent growth? 🤷🏻‍♂️ #retwit

Notice the “heads up” always comes with the credit/discount request. Guests that reach out to us to let us know there is an issue with our a request for credit,

@TheWolfofREI True, but this is what every Broker and Buyer tells themselves, “property is mismanaged. We can do better.”

Many times they do not, as they retain the current staff (even if just temporary) and are slow to effect real change at the property besides the “immediate” capex spend.
