@FlyAirNZ reasons why Air NZ suck!
1) damaged baggage. Despite being told that they will accept and process my claim… they haven’t and are now denying claim!!!
2) Business class flights where they separate passengers travelling together. No apology.
@BAttraction79 @goodfoodgal All those buzz words and phrases without any useful conclusion brought down by sentiments of ‘time they got over it’ and ‘playing the blame game’. Thanks for the Ted talk.
@Ticketek_AU booking accessible seats through your accessible booking number is horrendous. Rudest staff member who told me my barcode doesn’t exist and he would not help. I sure hope none of my clients experience him!
After attempting for weeks for @AmazonAustralia to replace or repair my speaker under warranty, they finally sent one… not to me (the owner) but a client. #incompetent
@AmazonAustralia so for a warranty issue Amazon had me de-register my device then can’t help as my device isn’t registered. Asked me to re-purchase a new one, send back old one and in 10 days they will process a refund. Nothing in writing of course! Consumer rights?
@PalaisTheatre please stop the discriminatory practice of needing to sight a person with disabilities to hand over tix. Box Office is not easy to access and is outside. Valid ID was provided. Nobody else has to have their friends sighted and approved to enter.
@AmazonAustralia Over two hours and 3 customer service reps to have a warranty issue unresolved. 1st rep got me to de register product. 2nd tried to get it registered on a device that won’t turn on. 3rd said they are out of stock and warranty would only refund upon return.
