He didn't care about the killing and from what I recall, was even willing to take the blame so the Fed authorities wouldn't be the ones to catch Cellbit

So the imprisonment was kinda, what I assumed a similar setup to the HappyPills situation

@azthesilly I mean, doesn't sound like Bad would make himself known that he was behind that (and like I said, personal headcanon!)

And besides, even if Cellbit found out, Bad knows how to put the blame away from himself enough that people get convinced!

I believe Bad himself was the one who had Cell sent to Alcatraz - if that demon thought the "best option" was to imprison Cellbit when he's off killing workers, who's to say he didn't have him arrested before?)
