Two languages. Endless possibilities. Celebrating the voices, cultures, and futures shining bright at the Aldine Seal of Biliteracy Trajectories Celebration! #AldineStory
My heart is overflowing with pride for our Two-Way Dual Language (TWDL) students here in Aldine ISD!
Seeing our students earn their Biliteracy pins and secure Spanish LOTE high school credits is a powerful reminder of what is possible when we dream big for our children. I am especially moved to share that we have increased the number of high school graduates earning a Performance Acknowledgment (Seal of Biliteracy) Honor Cord to 518 students! Reflecting on this journey, I am so deeply thankful that we launched TWDL in 2019. It all started with a parent meeting and a shared vision for our students' futures. Seeing that vision blossom into this level of success is one of my greatest joys as Superintendent. #AldineStory
🎉 Proud of our TWDL #Bulldogs! 🐶 They've earned their Biliteracy pins, and some have even secured Spanish LOTE high school credits! 🌟 Way to go, students! #BilingualSuccess#FutureLeaders
Honored to be the closing speaker at the @AldineISD for the Biliteracy Trajectory Celebration. As an alumna, it was so meaningful to witness students who are embracing multilingualism & making it part of their story. Grateful to have been at the celebration! @MultilingualAld
