Поруч з тим, на пʼятому році війни, при відсутності ППО, уряд вводить чергову нелюдську норму:

ЗАБОРОНИТИ використовувати БОБОСХОВИЩА в школах і садочках для цивільних людей!

Тобто, дітки будуть ховатись в бомбосховищі в школі, а їхні мами гинути під школою!

Це стосується мільйонів українців.

Справа в тому, що СРСР планував будівництво мікрорайонів таким чином, щоб школа з бомобосховищем на випадок війни була в посередині кварталу будівель жителів міст.

Школа була задумана, спроектована і побудована, як бомбосховище.

Так — в поганому СРСР!

В "добрій", незалежній від людяності та здорового глузду Україні, цю гуманну норму відмінили!
