@ohadelaide @JaronRMJohnson In a recent one shot. The PCs played carebear-esk characters who's world was invades by a lich kinda guy. As they moved though his castle the PCs played these completely innocent creatures faced with unimaginable necrotic horror. It was non-stop laughs & even a few songs.

@sroby25 My worlds are built with blank areas for the PCs to fill, usually unknowingly, with their back stories. PCs have created the best backdrops , factions, and NPCs my worlds have ever seen. To me, table top gaming is a shared narrative.
