କାରଣ ଶାନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ସୌହାର୍ଦ୍ଦ୍ୟ ହେଉଛି ଏକ ପ୍ରଗତିଶୀଳ ସମାଜର ମୂଳଭିତ୍ତି। ଯେଉଁଠି ଶାନ୍ତିଥାଏ, ସେଇଠି ହିଁ ପ୍ରଗତି ସମ୍ଭବ ହୁଏ।
