It's not sending my summer born to reception that I am worried about as it is very play based at my child's school, it is further up the years as the work becomes more academic, taking exams etc it is then that the extra year will be more than beneficial.

@bbc5live My son was 4 just a few days ago and was due to start school tomorrow less than a week after his birthday. He was due in September but due to medical reasons I was induced at 38 wks. We are lucky that both the school & council have agreed a sept 23 start.

Even he says he wishes he could have deferred and agrees it is the right decision for his brother. He has chosen to defer his university start instead!)

@missgeog92 Had I not done the PCR I would have been at work/ at shops etc due to negative lateral flows

@missgeog92 I had a pcr done on a Tuesday - I had no symptoms but my two children had tested positive and so I did it to be safe. My lateral flow was negative. PCR positive. I continued to take lateral flows 2x daily to see when they would show up as positive. First positive was on Friday 😱

@SF_England my daughter still hasn’t received her loan. She made a mistake on her original application and was not allowed to cancel and reapply. Every time she rings everyone tells her it will be sorted within 48 hrs. She’s been ringing every couple of days for the last 2 mths.

Had a fab day @Allaboutdogssho Odie won lots of rosettes inc 1st for the waggiest tail &6th in best of show. We didn’t tell them that he had suffered a tail injury just a few months back & nearly lost his tail as we didn’t need to…his tail had not stopped wagging the whole day!

So that was the best night out I’ve had in over a year 🙌 Year 4 @NGHSJuniors looking & sounding way beyond 8 & 9 years old based on confidence & talent. I guess that’s what we’re known for though 🤷🏼‍♀️🤩 a magnificent team effort that entertained the audience with lots of laughter

My mum who hasn’t seen my children in such a long time recorded a song and a story for J’s @yotoplay ! It was the loveliest thing ever! Just love how grandparents are now part of our bedtime despite being far away #yotoplayer #grandparents #bedtimestories
