@virginmedia Fixed for less than 48hrs and now off AGAIN! You are clearly not actually fixing this fault as it keeps happening in our postcode and it's not just us but our street that is having problems. @virginmedia

@virginmedia 4days later and yet again our broadband is down and now told it will be offline again for 24hrs. So 5 out of the last 7 days it has worked. Why is it breaking all the time 🤯

@virginmedia constant problems with our internet connection and for the second time in a few weeks we are told "there is a fault...repair by Monday"! What is going on?

@Bershka @MENnewsdesk just ruined my son's first shopping trip by accusing him of stealing. Deputy Manager at Trafford Centre threatened GMP and detained him after he paid cash for an item even when his staff member came over to confirm she had helped him pay at the counter!

@Ocado this driver was tailgating traffic on A34 Cheadle today. Speeding and undertaking traffic. Please can we report him so he doesn't try and intimidate and bully other road users. Been a loyal customer for 15yrs too and would rather he isn't driving on my road.

Just searched as received back bill from eon, 2yrs after we sold the property (& paid final bill & have email saying "zero balance") &back dated to 2021! Asked them to clarify why they think they are entitled to bill me anymore 👀

3 weeks ago Eon sent me a massive electricity bill for £13,717.00 naturally as I was up to date I queried it so sent them the latest reading they then demanded over £15,000 . Multiple emails , citizens advice , and MP informed they finally concede that it was back billing (illegal) and have knocked off £11,000 of their bill . Result BUT beware they are clearly ignoring the law and are back billing even though it was right up to date
