The "Grievance against Challan" section on the MTP app does not allow me to input the engine/chassis no. of my bike.

As a result, I am unable to file my grievance on the MTP app and appeal against the challan.

Please advise.

CHALLAN WRONGLY LEVIED:

A "No Parking" challan has been levied on a 2-wheeler with a duplicate number plate (same as mine). The images show a different vehicle than mine.

I have a time-stamped image of my bike in my building as proof.
