Hello I am Indian citizen founder of saas ai fintech project planning to incorporate c Corp delware
1. Directly personally hold c Corp delware
2. Incorporate LLP India 1st then hold c Corp via llp
3. C Corp via pvt Ltd India
Which is the best structure for VC

I need complete piece of mind for long term so that I can concentrate on my work only
