NEWS UPDATE : Police have launched investigations after goons this morning attacked a mobile weighbridge unit that had impounded an overloaded sand truck.

The Axle Load Enforcement Unit (ALEHU) team comprising of police officers, and KeNHA staff had certified the lorry as overloaded and ordered it to be taken to Kyumvi Police Station in Machakos County.

But before it could be detained, about 30 goons pounced on the KeNHA officers near the station, pelting the ALEHU unit with stones and forcing the team to flee.

Amid the chaos, the driver was escorted by the armed group to a sand truckers’ yard, reportedly manned by a militia armed with crude weapons. #UzalendoNews #Kenya

EXCLUSIVE : Five Chinese Nationals abducted and assaulted a Vietnamese woman in Nairobi.

Authorities in Nairobi are investigating an alleged assault involving a Vietnamese woman who claims she was attacked inside a karaoke bar in the Kilimani area by a group of Chinese men.

She was reportedly taken to a Chinese residence in Lavington, where further atrocities occurred. Her trauma remains severe.

DCI officers rescued her and handed her over to her boyfriend. Authorities are investigating to establish the motive behind this savage attack.
