@greateranglia @DanKearney1977 It’s all very well having a complaints procedure but how do you compensate for emotiona trauma it caused a 13 year old girl on her first solo train trip to visit her friend. She was mortified, and she was only 1 stop over!!! 1 stop!!! Show some discretion at the very least!

Might be worth contacting each club Chairperson, Headcoach or Secretary to notify them and ask for the info.
