@Matalan customer service is absolutely ridiculous I've emailed 3 times now about the same problem and had 2 responses that dont even resolve my problem!! Each response is taking 2 days so I wonder what my 3rd response will says 🤔 you've closed your phones to make it faster?? 😂

@Hermesparcels have lost my parcel and I cant even speak to a human about it, the customer service is horrific. I've called a phone number where the robot tells me to message the robot online and because I already submitted an enquiry 8 days ago the robot wont let me submit again
