I remember in 2019 in Yerobawol HC during the COVID19 pandemic, a 3-4 years old brought to the facility wit bleeding PV pad wit herbs.

She was circumcised and the bleeding cud nt stop! I had to refer the infant to Basse Hospital to get better healthcare.
