A man was found shot in the head in a British van at a French motorway stop on Friday, just before 5am in Champ l'Épée, near Troyes, about 200 miles from the Channel.

He was 47, on the passenger seat of a UK plated van. They still haven't named him or confirmed his nationality.

About ten illegal migrants were in the back of the van when shots rang out and several people ran away.

A suspect has been arrested.

*Nature Minister Jenny Riddell Carpenter branded traditional British pubs, pints of ale, and pet black labradors a dangerous far right fantasy that never existed.

*Official figures revealed Shabana Mahmood is rubber stamping 1,100 permanent settlement applications every single working day, adding 200,000 people to welfare access in a single year.

Labour ministers do not have a clue how to run a sovereign nation.

They only know how to raise your taxes, police your online speech, empty the prisons, and surrender British borders to the rest of the world.

🚨 IMMIGRANT JAILED AFTER POUNCING ON A WOMAN AT WREXHAM TRAIN STATION 🚨

Bharoz Suleman, 30, who lives in Denbigh, has been jailed for three and a half years for attempted robbery.

Mold Crown Court heard he pounced on a woman at Wrexham General Station on 28 February. She and two friends were heading home after a day out in Chester when he targeted her handbag.

Judge Simon Mills said Suleman was out looking for an offence to commit.
He made a determined attempt to snatch the bag and used more than minimal force.

The judge also said Suleman had screwdrivers and similar items on him.

Suleman had a Kurdish interpreter in court. His defence said he had suffered trauma in his home country.

He then accused the victim of lying so he could claim compensation.

The woman said the attack has affected her mental wellbeing ever since. She feels violated, can no longer trust people, and feels anxious in public.

Another woman targeted in our town. This will not be the last unfortunately.

Luke Smith, 24, has been jailed for 22 years after controlling, stalking and repeatedly raping a woman in a campaign of abuse that saw him monitor her phone, track her location and dictate her daily life.

Smith, formerly of Garstang and now of no fixed address, told his victim when she could sleep, monitored who she spoke to and made her change her phone password before adding his own facial recognition access. He also tracked her location and repeatedly turned up unexpectedly, including at her home after bombarding her with messages.

He later followed her to a pub party and attempted to contact her. Door staff ordered him to leave, but when the victim later left, Smith was waiting outside and again approached her.

He also raped and sexually assaulted the woman, continuing despite her telling him to stop and repeatedly saying no.

Smith was charged with six counts of rape, attempted rape, six sexual assaults, controlling or coercive behaviour, sending indecent or offensive communications and stalking involving serious alarm or distress.

He denied the charges and went to trial, forcing his victim to relive the abuse in court. A jury convicted him.

On September 25, Smith appeared at Preston Crown Court and was sentenced to 18 years in custody followed by four years on extended licence. Under current rules for serious sexual offences, he is expected to serve around two-thirds of his sentence in prison, roughly 12 years before being released on licence for the remainder of his term.
