As of 4:00 pm on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, all travel and activity in woods in Nova Scotia are banned. This includes hiking, camping, fishing, hunting, and the use of off-highway vehicles. The ban was announced by Premier Tim Houston during the wildfires update on Tuesday, May 30.
