Start reading Bro... Read a lot of good books.

1. People assumed that when they climb the 2 Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs that things will get better.
No Bro. You have to keep on climbing. Just being at stage 2 does not guarantee any happiness.

2. If you have less sunlight where you live. Take your Vitamins D. Your skin is preventing you from getting enough sunlight in Canada.

3. Cook and eat Naija food.

4. Its sounds like you are not married. Abegi. You are a social animal. Marry or get a girlfriend.

5. Get a hobby damit!

6. Visit Naija at least once in a year & spend 2 weeks with your old friends. Yes they will bill you. It's okay.

7. Pay your Black Tax. 25% of your earnings should be sent back home

Do this and you will be happy trust me.
