@British_Airways after two delayed flights for over 6 hours, managed to lose our luggage. Our trip of 16 days is now ruined without our bags. They are doing absolutely nothing to help and track the bags. Fortunately they found three bags but THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE isn’t found.
