The Prophet (salal llāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said:

“Whoever prays twelve rak‘ahs during the day and night, a house will be built for him in Paradise.”

The 12 rak‘ahs of the regular Sunnah prayers are:

2 before Fajr
4 before Dhuhr + 2 after
2 after Maghrib
2 after ‘Isha

12 rak‘ahs. A house in Jannah.

Think about how much effort we put into building a home in this dunya, while Allah has shown us a deed through which a home can be built for us in the Hereafter.

Make these Sunnah prayers part of your day until they become something you don’t want to leave. And share this with someone you love. Perhaps they begin praying them because you reminded them.

May Allah make us steadfast upon our prayers and build for us homes in the highest levels of Jannah.
