Put the money together and make education free for everyone in the country. This is very possible if the president means well for his people. Let every leader do his/her work other than giving people handouts in the name of bursaries.

Why does the government create an education finance kit and put all the money for education there instead of having bursaries from every level of leadership in the country. You find president, governor,MP, w.rep, senator even MCA all having education bursaries.
