I'm not sure how appropriate it is to ask for advice on the final assignment BUT-
I'm noticing some gaps in required information to complete the documents. I'm just adding things like ??name?? to fill in the gaps rather than make stuff up.

Anyone else look over the corrected quizzes and see the questions you got wrong and exclaim: "WELL, DUH, WHAT THE HECK WAS I THINKING?" Every time.
Well. Almost every time.
A few of them were somewhat trickily worded.

@Darlenethom2 @jleigham1 I find it interesting municipalities contract this work out instead of dealing with it internally... Likely comes at an added cost (?). I'm curious as to whether there's any pushback from union heads or the taxpayers. #mgmt0180

I think the most difficult thing to explain to the general public is that reassessments are revenue neutral... overall.
Especially when people pay more because of reassessment, they think it's a tax grab, but reassessments don't affect the overall amount collected. #mgmt0180

2/ It was a controversial move, as it disproportionately affected homeowners of lower-value homes (as a percentage increase, anyway). #mgmt0180

1/ What are your thoughts on a base tax?
I'm not sure if they have them in Manitoba, but in Saskatchewan it was a base amount all property owners pay. In Prince Albert, they placed road maintenance under this umbrella....
