Select Call report from the drop down menu, search Truxton in the field Institution name and click Search banks.
Since it's a regulatory report it won't give you 2025 data and percentage changes so I usually look at last year's report to compare against.
We all know that in the Golden Age of Grift aka GAG ™️ , Wars should only be fought during the weekend.
Now we have to add a new category:
In GAG ™️, the latest LLMs can only be blocked by the Government during the weekend, and re-instated before futures open

The pink sheets are the last honest place left in American markets. No analysts. No earnings calls. No conference circuit.
Half the companies file annuals as scanned PDFs you have to rotate in Preview to read. The IR contact is a Gmail address that responds in three weeks if at all.
Some of these tickers haven't moved in 14 trading days. Some of them trade 200 shares a year. There is a holding company in Ohio that owns three industrial businesses, has paid a dividend since 1962, and the entire float is held by 400 people most of whom inherited it.
There is a Pennsylvania bank with $40M in assets per employee that has not had a down year since the Carter administration. There is a railroad you have never heard of that owns 8 miles of track and a piece of land in a city you have heard of.
The float is 18,000 shares. The CFO is also the chairman is also the guy who picks up the phone.
Nobody is coming to save these stocks. There is no catalyst. There is no narrative. There is just a balance sheet you can read in 20 minutes and a price that hasn't reflected reality since the second Bush administration.
I am not trying to get rich quick. I am trying to die holding shares of companies that the SEC has forgotten exist and the IRS has not.
New article on $OTCM.
The narrative on $OTCM is that growth has slowed. Here's what it misses — three underappreciated growth drivers and a tax law change that's temporarily depressing GAAP earnings.

@CigarButtz@TreyHenninger My crystal ball is no better than anyone else’s, but given what they wrote in the annual report, my guess is they will creep back to 10x and gradually allow organic deposit and loan growth to replace the wholesale deposits and securities.
Usually Karelia Tobacco would have published their annual report this week.
This is just speculation, but I believe the deadline for complying with the minimum free float req. under rule 3.1.4.4. is 2026-06-30. So maybe they have more than annual results to announce..?
@TreyHenninger@John42787646@AaronHectorCFP I fear financial academia has short-circuited many peoples' common sense, especially regarding this topic.
Some people with academic merits, but less actual real world experience in investing, seem to believe agency problems or diminishing marginal returns doesn't exist.
$THVB 1st quarter eps. $1.86 vs. $1.58 ROA 2.44, ROE 24.66, deposits +9%, loans +12%, Announces a $5 mil. stock repurchase plan. Declares a divvy of $1.50. No financials. https://t.co/kCxtxOiNv5
Solid Försäkring kan kanske ge god avkastning från dagens kurs, någon verkar starkt övertygad om det. Själv tycker jag att det säger ganska mycket att de valt att sluta med aktieåterköpen på kurser över 100kr. Skolboksexempel på en spin-off a la Greenblatt.
