Single hopped with my homegrown Centennial. Targeting 25 IBUs

American Wheat Beer Yeast

Beer was delightful! Great summer crusher. May increase the hop character if I brew it again.

For the summer I think I need to brew a beer inspired by the old UFO Hefeweizen.

Two parts Maris Otter Extra Pale, one part Wheat Malt, kölsch yeast, hops… I’ll figure it out. Maybe a hint of Centennial.
