Sharing my #vegan cream of mushroom soup recipe. Made it Fri & it was delish. I put a lot of Sherry in it so if you don't drink this might not be for you. The Sherry is key. You can sub almond milk for Mocha Mix. I've done it before and it was ok. Less creamy, but was flavorful.
