The Head @AntiGraft_SH, Brig Gen Henry Isoke, yesterday interacted with over 1,000 Ugandan nationals recently repatriated from South Africa during a patriotism and reintegration programme at the National Leadership Institute (NALI), Kyankwanzi.
..The session focused on preparing the returnees for successful reintegration into society through patriotism, integrity, hard work and active citizenship..
..In his presentation, Brig Gen Isoke encouraged the returnees to view their return home as an opportunity to rebuild their lives and contribute to Uganda's socio-economic development...
..He emphasized that corruption remains one of the greatest obstacles to national progress and urged them to uphold honesty, embrace patriotism, and reject corruption in all its forms...
...The Head of Unit highlighted the various Government programmes aimed at empowering citizens through wealth creation, investment and enterprise development, assuring the returnees that Uganda offers numerous opportunities for innovation, business and regional trade...
..He further noted that Government remains committed to supporting socio-economic transformation and creating an enabling environment for all Ugandans to prosper..

At the Institute, Brig Gen Isoke was received by the Commissioner of the National Secretariat for Patriotic Corps, Ms. Hellen Seku. He also held discussions with the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Health, Dr Diana Atwine.
