HELP WELKOM POLICE REUNITE ELDERLY MALEFU LIZZY NDABA WITH HER FAMILY

Welkom police in the Free State are seeking assistance from the public to locate the relatives of 85-year-old Malefu Lizzy Ndaba.

The elderly woman was found wandering on the Alma road in Welkom by a concerned member of the public. She was brought to the Welkom police station where she is being temporarily housed. She appears to be disoriented and cannot provide information on her address.

She did however share that she resides with her granddaughter whom she identified as Thembi Ndaba.

Police are appealing to anyone who might recognize Malefu Lizzy Ndaba in the attached photo to come forward. Welkom police can be contacted on 079 886 5574.

Alternatively, information can also be shared through the #CrimeStop Number on 08600 10111 or by sending an anonymous tip-off on the #MySAPSApp.

The family of 14-year-old Paige Reyneke is urgently appealing for public assistance in locating her.

📍 Last seen: Chicago's Night Club, Honeycrest Shopping Centre, Randpark Ridge

📅 Date: Saturday, 3 October 2026

⏰ Time: Approximately 02:45 to 03:00

Paige is described as having a petite build, pale skin and green eyes. She has alopecia and wears a medium-length dark chestnut-brown wig.

👕 Clothing:
• Tiger-print skir

• Black tube top

• Black hoodie

According to information shared by the family, Paige had reportedly been at Montecasino earlier that evening before taking an Uber to Chicago's.

She was reportedly last seen in the company of three adult men believed to be in their late 20s or early 30s. They reportedly left in a newer black or grey vehicle, possibly a Volkswagen or Honda.

Paige was reportedly intoxicated at the time she was last seen. She is only 14 years old, making her safe return particularly urgent.

Anyone who was around Montecasino, Chicago's, Honeycrest Shopping Centre or Randpark Ridge between midnight and 03:30 is asked to check any CCTV footage, dashcam recordings, photographs or videos that could assist.

Missing woman – Polokwane

Police are appealing for information to help locate 33-year-old Molatelo Nakedi Barbra Malapane, who has been missing since 1 June 2026.

She left her home in Bendor, Polokwane, at around 07:00 without telling anyone where she was going.

She is a mother of three and has not returned home.

Searches among relatives, friends and surrounding areas have been unsuccessful.

Police do not have a description of the clothes she was wearing when she disappeared.
