Extremely poor from @Hull_Trains today, on a broken down for nearly 3 hrs, finally disembarked at Howden, staff reboarded the train leaving c150 people (including elderly, people with kids) in the middle of nowhere with no transport options.

No hint of a sorry from staff either!

I was on the disrupted train, no passengers were allowed off, you then booted everyone off and then all your staff buggered off standing hundreds of your passengers in the middle of nowhere!
