Her name was Hannah Cornelius. She was just 21 years old.

In South Africa, she was kidnapped by four Africans: Nashville Julius, Geraldo Parsons, Eben van Niekerk, and Vernon Witbooi.

First, they repeatedly raped her as a group. Then they stabbed her in the neck and repeatedly smashed a massive 37 kg rock into her head with such extreme brutality that her face was left completely unrecognizable.

All four were arrested. In court, they were seen laughing and smiling, seemingly pleased with what they had done.

Three of them were sentenced to life imprisonment. Nashville Julius was sentenced to 22 years in prison.

Her mother later walked into the ocean… and never returned.
