English, Welsh & Northern Irish all have the right to vote on the constitutional question.

You only have to be resident in Scotland, but not Scottish. Or are you a bigot? 🤔

@paddyb53 The clearances were started by the clan chiefs. There were more Scots on the Hanoverian side than the Jacobite. It was prod v tim successions. Nothing to do with Scotland v UK
