The eeoc is supposed to target discrimination. DEI initiatives are not discriminatory.

Heading to court this morning on behalf of my client whose job offer was rescinded after her doctor recommended bed rest to prevent pregnancy complications/loss. She asked to work remotely temporarily-weโre pursuing claims under the ADA and the pregnant workers fairness act.
