@MathesonMichael can you please tell me why staff at FVRH are not being given lateral flow tests unless the Ward Manager is on? They’re also denied visors to treat Covid patients as they are ‘not needed’. 9 positive staff on one ward and it’s not closed?

The @ONS stats on #COVID19 risk for teachers were based on cases in 53 teachers-2 nursery, 5 primary, 7 secondary & 39 unknown type. They were taken in the period 2 Sep-16 Oct BEFORE the surge in cases in <19s. 1/

@AlisonGeorge10 @ONS I wear a mask and visor. My mask has a perplex mouthpiece and do buy my own PPE. It was frowned upon though! I’m back in work tomorrow (we’re not allowed to work from home in my LA). @JohnSwinney and @NicolaSturgeon made sure of that in Scotland. We’re just cannon fodder!

2/2 This isn’t an extended Christmas holiday but some are treating it like it is! Children that should be in school are mixing and parents don’t care - half of them are having sleepovers etc. Get school staff vaccinated so we can get children back to learning! @NicolaSturgeon

1/2 There has been a MASSIVE error of judgement here @NicolaSturgeon @scotgov with the lockdown. Why are McDonalds, toy shops and other non essential shops open? Yet hair dressers etc closed? I felt safer in the smaller business than the larger ones!
