@Morning_Joe The current health care crisis owes much of its origins to a bipartisan effort to delete the public option from the final ACA legislation. Since then, health insurance companies revenues, profits, stock prices and executive compensation have increased significantly.

@SquawkCNBC Futile care, unnecessary care, poly pharmacy, excessive administrative costs, Insurance CEOs being paid millions of dollars ( one in excess of $100 million in one year) while raising premiums and denying appropriate care. This whole system needs to be discarded.

Three issues:

How much is spent on healthcare for undocumented immigrants through all mechanisms: federal, state and local.

Push back on insurers. They need to be transparent.

Reintroduce the public option.

No straight line between what is spent and outcomes.

@SquawkStreet Without being political, the jobs data errors are beyond unacceptable. Someone else/some other process is required. It would seem that maybe social security data could help as one could crosscheck against withholding. There is no confidence with current process.
