At ME we are focussed on delivering high quality, so feedback like this from our clients is well received by our team! We canβt wait for 2021. #environmentalconsulting
Welcome to ME: We are pleased to say that Jess Holmes has joined the #MEteam full-time after finishing her university studies and traveling. We are excited to see her grow in the industry and support her development as an #environmentalconsultant#newbeginnings#team#graduate
Busy ME: It has been a couple of busy weeks for the #MEteam with report writing, site works, proposals, event planning, birthdays and house moving. We've also found time to enjoy some annual leave and activities in between!
Mental Health at ME: Ever feel overwhelmed or anxious at home or work? You are not alone. In our morning meeting, we reflected on how the #METeam manages our own #mentalhealth.
What is interesting is that all the tips were simple activities and mindsets that are linked to our ME values and balance. As a team, we work hard to protect these important aspects of our team's day.
First weeks at ME: We are pleased that Jess is enjoying her first few weeks as part of the #METeam. Last week Jess completed her first site visit and is starting to learn what it means to be an #environmentalconsultant and the importance of soil sampling #earlycareers#sitework
Easter at ME: With upcoming annual leave and another busy week at ME of reporting, reviewing, proposals, client calls, event planning, and interviews, it was great to catch up and have a couple of early easter treats together! #easter#busyme#balance#teamme#teamwork
Learning with ME: The ME team had a great outing this week at the Bird Cafe in the peak district. We refreshed and learned about what to look for at the desk study stage, what questions to ask, and what to assess during the site walkover in relation to agricultural land, (1/2)
Friday at ME: After some very cold and snowy site visits this week, it was great to return home and have a cuppa. Some people are cat people, whilst others are dog people... which one you are? #catsanddogs#sitevisits#keepwarm#workfromhome
What to expect from ME: Our director Kerry Murray recently completed a Phase 1 site walkover visit. By having Simon the Van onsite, she was able to quickly and efficiently write up her notes to fit project timescales and client requirements.

Education at ME: The #soildetective Rebecca Hearn visited a primary school last week to teach the younger generation about the importance of soil and our role as environmental consultants.
It was great to see children engaging and asking relevant questions at such a young age. It's hard to explain the interactions and depth of understanding in a single post, but it's fair to say you should never underestimate a child's ability to understand complex ideas!
