The #DumpTruck was stopped & towed while driving to this site, meanwhile a next day they towed it to the site with many issues, workers are in an area where a cave in could happen. A week later nothing was changed, so I contact the #MinistryofHealthandSafety again!

I am really NOT surprised! The @Chathamnews took a photo of a #jobsite next to their old office which became a #gentlemansclub on #KingStreet around the year 2000! Then I took photos in #Ridgetown at the #AgSchoolCampus with issues resulting in fines for same company 2005!

Just to add a little more intrigued to this concern, I actually took a drive around this municipality only to find an #Excavator clearing snow from a #MunicipalDrain along #CharingCrossRoad going into the #CityofChatham! Do ALL #ratepayers get treated the same or NOT?

These photos were taken in March of 2014 after numerous attempts to have the municipality to clear the FOUR CULVERTS which allow the water to flow downstream to the #ThamesRiver! At NO time did anyone come to clear these drains!

By the way, I check the down stream ditches which were empty, I called My insurance agent in January 2014 after I was able to open the culvert to allow the water to drain away from My residence to prevent basement issues & was told NOT to do it again.
