@MartinSLewis @bbc5live Chickpea or Dahl with rice - and second up - tomato, bacon and basil risotto - can also add chickpeas for added texture. Risotto sounds fancy too so doesn’t even feel like budgeting but it’s so cheap. Also sausage and bean stew 👌🏻 or chicken and barley stew 😍

By the end of the year, charges had been brought in just 1,276 (1.9%) of these cases.

Less than 2 in 100 rapes recorded by police in 2022 resulted in a charge that same year - let alone a conviction.

@CrimeGirI This is an awesome threat @CrimeGirI I find there is a problem in society atm with people using therapy language day to day without the context or understanding of the correct meaning and it’s affecting our young people a lot. Scary.
