I knew it was poor but this is very poor.
Voting suppression is part of it and they do it in various ways. Putting few voting precincts in neighborhoods and away from transit and the voters themselves is a big problem. Texans swear the voting machines flip votes as well. No trust

Voting habits die hard but I've read that TX is primarily a "non-voting" state. Has been low in participation until recently. Apathy and just giving up is probably more the issue. Those that DO vote are loyal GOP it seems. Let's change that folks!
