The maintenance work at our office today has been completed and we are now back up and running again. We apologise for this taking longer than planned.

We are working through all the emails and text we have received while closed and will respond as quickly as possible.

We are currently closed while we have some emergency building maintenance carried out at the office this morning. We are told that this will take 30 minutes to 1 hour.

We have received reports of musicians encountering problems when travelling with instruments on Lumo trains

We are currently looking into the baggage/instrument policies across the different train operators in order to try to address these issues

More issues with Lumo Trains - A cellist inquired about buying an extra seat for her cello and has been told that they cannot allow her to take her cello on their trains, even if she booked it a seat.

WARNING: A client trying to board a Lumo train with a tuba was refused entry as it was considered too 'bulky'. This issue was not raised until the point he was about to board. Refusing to help him and parents with prams even when the British Transport Police intervened.
