Tomorrow will be 6 months from my first operation for tongue cancer. It will also mark my return to regular Council work and the start of normal life once again.
4. And possibly, most importantly, never be afraid to ask for help because if you find yourself at your lowest, there will always be family or friends to help lift you up.
