There is no difference in reality in the above mentioned acts of Ibadaat. they are just cases of each one of us according to the state in which Allaah established him.

Be wherever you find your heart, for there are those who find their heart in the remembrance of Allaah, and there are those who find theirs in sending salutations upon our Master the Prophet, peace be upon him, reciting the Qur’an, seeking forgiveness(Istigfaar), Qiyamul-lyl,

bowing (Ruku'), prostration (Sujood), fasting, feeding others, and/or charity... and so on.

What should I choose? I choose whatever and wherever I find heart, for the matter is a matter of worship in which we want to draw closer to Allaah.
