The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) @OfficialPDPNig shall successfully convene its scheduled 100th National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting on Monday June 30, 2025, as mandated by the resolution of the 99th NEC meeting held on May 27, 2025.

The 100th NEC meeting shall bring together party stakeholders, including governors, members of the National Working Committee (NWC), legislators, and other key leaders, to deliberate on critical matters that will shape the future of the party.

The meeting will focus on strengthening party unity, strategizing for the 2027 general elections, and finalizing preparations for the August National Convention, which will elect new national officers and set the party’s agenda for the coming general elections.

The PDP 100th NEC shall once again reaffirm the Party’s commitment to internal democracy, transparency, and the aspirations of Nigerians to ensure a peaceful transition in 2027.

The NEC shall amongst other things populate the list of the National Convention Planning Committee, Zoning Committee and strategies to mobilize grassroots support across Nigeria’s 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory ahead of 2027.

The 100th NEC meeting will mark a turning point for the PDP as the Party prepares for the National Convention and beyond.

The NEC will also address pressing national issues, including economic challenges, security concerns, and the need for inclusive policies to address the aspirations of Nigeria’s diverse population.
