These are the people One Nation supporters condemn as they endorse a billionaire’s puppet who repeatedly voted against pay rises for minimum wage workers while she claims to represent the ‘Aussie battler’
One Nation voters really are a very special kind of stupid
@JennyRottenbur1 1,247 million new f/t jobs in the private sector
🎈 700K free courses,
🎈147 Urgent Care Clinics
🎈 Rent assist up 45%
🎈$100’s saved a month on meds
🎈 3 WAGE RISES more to come
🎈 Inflation down 2.1%
🎈$1000 tax back for expenses
🎈$5.6 billion Aged care
So why do you constantly vote against bills that would make life easier for ordinary Australians? And why were you willing to sell us out for $25million from America's NRA? #auspol
Richard Scolyer was a beautiful, kind, selfless man.
A national treasure who left the world better than he found it.
His work has saved, and will continue to save, thousands of lives. He is the very best of Australia and will be dearly missed, especially by his loving family.
@CryptoPeta@Greens@AustralianLabor@abcnews Hanson is a racist. As proven by her 3 decades of continuous attacks on Asians, Africans, Muslims, Indians and Indigenous people.
I have receipts.
What a beautiful, stunning, brilliant example of a human.
He spent most of his life trying to make others' lives, and the world, better.
The world is a better place for him being here
Travel well, good sir

@MFWitches Pauline Hanson is not fit to lead. Her response of 'Suck it up, sweetheart' proves she's out of touch and out of step with modern Australia. We deserve leaders who respect women and lift our communities up. Sexism has no place in politics. #RespectWomen#BetterLeadership
Vale Richard Scolyer AO.
An outstanding Australian who shared his journey fighting against glioblastoma.
In fighting brain cancer, he inspired the nation to believe in the power of research to build a better future.
His time as joint 2024 Australian of the Year demonstrated that he really was the best of the Australian spirit.
In accepting his award, he said his experimental treatment was not just for him, but for all of us: “For me, the decision to take on Georgina's groundbreaking plan was a no-brainer. Here was an opportunity for us to crack another incurable cancer and make a difference — if not for me, then for others.”
Equally, Richard’s work in melanoma research will make a lasting difference to the lives of thousands who will never meet him.
And as we absorb this sad news, we can also remember Richard’s advocacy for sun-safe behaviour. As he said many times, “In most cases, melanoma is preventable with sun-safe behaviour, and prevention is always better than a cure.”
As the Prime Minister said, “we have lost one of our brightest lights and one of our biggest hearts.”
His autobiography Brainstorm was written as a gift for his family; it is also a gift to any reader who picks it up. Funny, heartfelt, and determined.
Condolences to his wife, Dr Katie Nicholl, and their children, Emily, Matthew, and Lucy. Thank you for sharing Richard with the nation.
Next question...How much did it cost the country when these criminals cancelled the french contract..And why did they go with the USA #Morrison#Dutton#Aukus
Imagine the insane reaction of it was Pauline Hanson in this despicable, sexist poster?
But it’s Premier Jacinta Allan, so their silence and ignorance proves how low Australian media has sunk into a right wing cesspool of hate and bias for their own greed.
