@hfltdoeshistory At my org, we use an interview task to assess how a person works rather than what they know. So my advice is to talk through your thought processes, flag where you might want to seek advice or check the org's own policies. And ask the interviewer if you need clarity
A common thread I see with transphobes is thinking that because our biology has utility performing certain functions, that it has a "purpose" - this is an an anti disability stance, and fundamentally a religious one. It requires an intelligent designer behind our evolution.
